YBhg Tan Sri Dato Sri SA Vigneswaran, MIC President today handed over a scholarship worth RM 98,950.00 through MIED on behalf of MIC to Poojadarsheni A/P Karthikeyan to continue her studies in medicine at MAHSA University.
Poojadarsheni who lost both her parents and whom also sadly faces physical challenges has been trying to save up money by asking for “Madi Pichai” at Klang Perumal Temple for the past few weeks. Upon learning about this unfortunate state driven by her determination to pursue her studies despite financial challenges and physical disabilities, Tan Sri President via MIED has extended his assistance to provide her with a scholarship.
MIED will bear the entire cost of her studies and make sure she gets a Bachelor Degree in Medicine without having to go through any more financial trouble.
