H.E Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Dr SA Vigneswaran chaired the Indian Consultative Council (ICC) for the Malaysian Indian Blueprint which was convened for the third time to discuss & share the findings of the first round of focus group discussions with various stakeholders. He also emphasized that all stakeholders have to work hand in hand to ensure the efforts are inclusive and transformative.
