Membership Qualification
A person of either sex shall qualify for membership if he or she:
- Is a Malaysian citizen of Indian origin and above eighteen years of age
- subscribes to the aims and objectives of the congress and ;
- undertakes to abide by the constitution and bye-laws of the congress
